The art show is by invitation only and open to area women artists in all media. Please contact us at jchamberlain13@earthlink.net to submit entry.

Participating artists will display 2-5 pieces (depending on size) on the day of the event - Monday Dec. 14.
Additionally, your work will be posted for sale on UCDW's website from Dec 5 - Dec 31, 2009.

UCDW will take a 25% commission for our fundraising campaign.
All payments for artwork will be made out UCDW.

Artists must commit to complete sale by transferring art to buyer once UCDW has received payment.
Artists will receive checks within 30 days of the sale of their artwork.
Notification of sales will be by email.

The theme of the party is to Celebrate 90 Years of Women Having the Vote HOWEVER the artwork of our women artists does not have to reflect the theme directly - mainly submit sale-able art. Prices of pieces should vary if possible.

Artwork should be framed or matted and/or ready to hang.
Please bring easles for displaying your artwork if possible.
